I. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator role is an operations-focused position responsible for supporting the execution of client projects within the Client Services & Operations team. This role handles basic to standard project requirements across all project types, ensuring accurate bidding, smooth coordination, and timely delivery.

 

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Client Services & Operations Activities:

  1. Supports both pre-project (basic bidding) and post-project (execution) activities under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead.
  2. Able to evaluates client requirements against dataSpring’s capabilities and conducts basic feasibility checks for sample and recruitment services.
  3. Able to prepare standard quotations and proposals based on established pricing frameworks.
  4. Coordinates with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and delivery expectations.
  5. Supports project management by assisting in scope definition, timeline tracking, and delivery execution.
  6. Monitors project progress and escalates risks or issues to the Operations Team Lead as needed.
  7. Works with third-party suppliers to support fulfillment of project requirements.
  8. Tests surveys and troubleshoots basic technical issues.
  9. Maintains clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders to support efficient project delivery.

Common Activities:

  1. Maintains the good public image of the Company.
  2. Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to Operations Team Lead.
  3. Functions as a cooperative and active member of team meetings.
  4. Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
  5. Completes other administrative work as required (e.g. suggest supplies and job tools needed for Client Services & Operations) and acts as an active team player.
  6. Contributes to entire dataSpring (and, or other local offices) as an active member, besides the Client Services & Operations tasks assigned.

III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

  • This is an office environment and typical physical demands apply.
  • Must be open to working flexible hours in night time to communicate efficiently with Global clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties.
  • Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set.
  • Passion with technology and proficiency in  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.
  • Ability to display empathy and ability to get along well with different personalities.
  • Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred.
  • Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
