I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Employment Type: Intern; with transportation allowance
Reports to: US Team’s Director but will work under the supervision of the Global Marketing Team
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation of creative marketing campaigns targeted at US B2B prospects and clients.
- Podcast Video Production & Editing – Support the creation and editing of US team’s podcast episodes featuring our sales reps and industry insights.
- Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing – Assist in content creation, engagement, and ads for LinkedIn campaigns targeting US-based clients.
- Email Campaign Creatives – Help design visuals and write engaging content for email campaigns & lead generation.
- Marketing Research & Competitor Analysis – Help analyze industry trends, engagement strategies, and marketing performance. Performance in directories and listings as well as social media will also be included in the evaluation points.
- Ad Performance Tracking – Monitor and report ad performance to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
- Wednesday to Friday work on-site.
- Can work in early hours (4:00am to 1:00pm) to support the US time zone.
- Minimum of 200 hours of internship (flexible schedule based on university requirements).
Qualifications Needed:
This is a hands-on role, and we’re looking for proactive students eager to learn, contribute, and gain real industry experience in B2B digital marketing!
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related course in a reputable university.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising.
- Experience with basic video editing, graphic design, or social media management is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an International team.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse personalities and cultures.
