I. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Panel Operation Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Panel & Product Operation pod, aligning daily operations with the overall panel and product strategies. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and stability, while continuously improving processes with the team. A key responsibility includes supporting the development and leadership transition of a member into the Panel Operation Manager role. Additionally, the manager will oversee the transition of operations and product testing for KR & CN, and take ownership of SOP operations to ensure full execution and coverage across platforms.

 

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Panel Management Activities:

    1. Team Leadership & Development
      - Support the development and transition of a member into the Panel Operation Manager role, enabling leadership at the ground level.
    2. Pod Management
      - Manage and guide the Panel & Product Operation pod members to ensure high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
    3. Operational Strategy Alignment
      - Develop and execute panel and product operational strategies that align with the broader Panel & Product goals.
    4. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
      - Deliver stable and efficient Panel & Product operations, while identifying and implementing improvements with the team to enhance overall effectiveness.
    5. Platform Operations Transition & SOP Leadership
      - Lead the transition and integration of panel operations and product testing of KR/CN, and manage SOP operations to ensure seamless execution and complete coverage.

Common Activities:

  1. Maintains the public image of the Company.
  2. Constantly reports any identified financial and other risks to immediate superior or management.
  3. Functions as a cooperative and active member in the team.
  4. Completes other administrative work as required.
  5. Contribute to entire dataSpring, Inc. (and, or other local offices) as a Springer, besides the SEA Panel Management tasks assigned.

III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business or product goals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and KPIs to monitor and improve operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or regional (APAC) environment preferred.
  • Proactive and adaptable in responding to challenges, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in panel operations, online research operations, digital platform operations, or product-related operations. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing team members.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business or product goals.
  • Experience working with panelist lifecycle management.
  • Experience in multinational or multicultural environments, particularly in the APAC region, is preferred.
