Marketing Officer (Partnerships & Collaboration)

The Marketing Officer (Partnerships & Collaboration) will be responsible for dataSpring’s partnerships and collaboration on marketing initiatives with current and future partner groups, which will require daily output, strategies, and communication. This role includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance in the collaboration efforts of Global Marketing with the Sales Regional Units, as well as support the growth of external partnership marketing initiatives in the future.


Marketing/Branding Activities:

  1. Responsible for collaboration and partnership initiatives with current and upcoming partnerships. These include communications, strategy/planning, and campaign execution.
  2. Provide insights and reports on ongoing and completed campaigns from the partnership initiatives.
  3. Support Global Marketing's external partnership's initiative by seeking out and communicating with potential partnerships that will help with brand awareness and reach.
  4. Take part in Global Marketing team's collaboration with the Sales Regional Units to provide support in their attainment of the overall business objectives.
  5. Collaborate and work with the other members of the Global Marketing team in fulfilling its daily functions. These include ideation and insights/strategies on website, email, social media, and events.
  6. Works as a proactive Team player of the Global Marketing Team in accomplishing agreed Marketing Plans, special projects,  and achieve KPIs.

General Activities:

  1. Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to Management.
  2. Maintains the public image of the Company.
  3. Functions as a cooperative and active member of weekly Global Marketing Team and Marketing Team meetings, preparing agendas beforehand and taking notes in the meeting.
  4. Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
  5. Completes other administrative work as required and acts as a key part of a small office.


Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • This is an office environment and typical physical demands apply.
  • Must be open to working flexible hours in order to communicate efficiently with Global team members.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills in order to deliver the target message effectively with staff, partners, and clients
  • Well-developed interpersonal skill is required
  • Ability to get along well with different personalities and to work well in global  teams is required
  • Ability to build brand relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Client Management skill
  • Good working knowledge and ability on  Sales & Marketing Strategies, Campaign ideation and strategy execution, campaign management, campaign results reporting
  • Social Media savvy, and with advance knowledge on digital platforms,  Internet and SEO marketing, and awareness or willingness to learn digital marketing trends
  • Passion with technology and proficiency in  G-suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have professionalism, passion to succeed, and a motivation to reach higher goals.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client and marketing services
  • Must be very organized, and have creative and analytical thinking skills.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (AB or BS) preferably in Marketing or related courses
  • 1-2 years of B2B Marketing experience is preferred, but not required
  • 2-4 years of Account Management / Sales experience
  • Experience in brand partnerships (a plus, but not a requirement)
