I. POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant provides support in the day-to-day activities of Global HR, with main focus on the areas of Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits Administration. This role provides support to Global HR requirements in terms of managing and conducting various Human Resources functions.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Human Resources Functions:
- Takes an active role in the full cycle hiring process in dS PH.
- Assists in compensation and benefits administration which includes ensuring timely processing of payroll, facilitating government benefits coverage and availment, and company benefits administration for PH members.
- Provides support in implementing and maintaining the company’s HRIS, and other HR-related sites and tools.
- Manage employee records and files, from pre-onboarding, onboarding, up to the exit process, and updating employee information in the HRIS system, and other databases, including the 201 file.
- Implementing and organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as group luncheons, team outings, office gathering and parties, Wellness activities, CSR and other related gatherings.
- Meets all assigned deadlines and KPIs listed as part of the “PH HR Action Plans” and as indicated in the performance review form.
Common Activities:
- Maintains the good public image of the Company.
- Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to the HR Officer.
- Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
- Completes other administrative work as required and acts as an active team player.
- Contribute to the entire Company (and, or other local offices) as a member, besides the Global HR tasks assigned.
III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Minimum Qualifications Needed:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Office Administration or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment and general human resource experience required.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment process.
- Proficient in MS office and ability to learn tech-tools used by the Company.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Well organized, keen into details, responds to requests quickly, self-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in being a proactive team player who seeks out challenges and activities that promote the organization’s growth is required.
